Welcome to AAClick.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website and the AAClick Click Card digital business card generation service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using a digital card, or visiting our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent. Business accounts require an authorized representative.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Digital Business Cards & Content

• You retain ownership of all content (text, images, videos) added to your digital card.
• You grant us a license to host, display, and share your card as necessary to provide the Service.
• You may not upload illegal, offensive, infringing, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

5. Paid Plans & No Refund Policy

• Some features require a paid subscription (monthly or yearly). Fees are clearly displayed before purchase.
• No Refund Policy: All payments are non‑refundable. We do not provide refunds for unused subscription periods, partial months, or changes of mind. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, with no further charges.
• Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

6. Suspension of Service

We may suspend your account or access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms.
• Your payment is overdue (for paid plans) and remains unpaid for 7 days after notice.
• We reasonably believe your account poses a security risk or may harm our systems or other users.
• We are required to do so by law.

During suspension, your digital card links and QR codes will become inactive. You will not be able to edit or share your card. Suspension does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Banned Accounts (Permanent Termination)

We may permanently ban your account and terminate your access to the Service if:

• You repeatedly violate our Terms after warnings or suspensions.
• You use the Service for illegal activities (e.g., spamming, phishing, fraud, harassment).
• You upload content that is defamatory, pornographic, violent, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• You attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our Service.
• You impersonate another person or entity in a misleading manner.

Upon a permanent ban:

• Your account is immediately closed.
• Your digital cards become inaccessible.
• You are prohibited from creating new accounts.
• No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription time.

8. Analytics & Data

We provide analytics (views, saves, clicks) as a feature. While we strive for accuracy, data may vary due to technical limitations or user privacy settings (e.g., ad blockers). Analytics are provided “as is.”

9. Intellectual Property

Our website, templates, logos, and code are owned by AAClick.com. You may not copy, modify, or resell our intellectual property. You retain rights to your card content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAClick.com is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost business opportunities, reputational harm).
• Service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access to your card.
• Any actions taken by third parties based on your shared digital card.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure operation. We disclaim all implied warranties.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AAClick.com harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after 14 days of notice constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may cancel your account.
